second floor - the repair and armory; anything simple can be fixed here, otherwise you might want to visit the technical guild for more complex items e.g. a notched sword versus broken automail
third floor - the resting floor; want to stay over or just take a room for an hour then go here

first under-floor - the training and conference floor; come here for any kind of stealth training in the tunnels or for small conference rooms to impart information or receive missions
second under-floor - the library and workshop; the library is like a warren and the librarians scary - be sure to only visit the sections you are authorised to and a small workshop for any kind of gadget you might require that cannot be entrusted to the technical guild
third under-floor - the resting floor; want to stay over or just take a room for an hour then go here

first floor - the training and lecture floor; specially reinforced rooms to prevent magical accidents from seeping outside
second floor - the library and workshop floor; potions can be made and devised here as well as a vast magical library of scrolls and tomes
third floor - the resting floor; want to stay over or just take a room for an hour then go here
