Reserves are always open! Apps are always open. Reserves will last for two weeks.
If you would like to reserve a character, please reply to this post using the text box:
You may reserve up to two characters at once.
You may have one week-long extension; after that you may not reserve the same character again until four weeks later. You may still apply during this time, but without the reserve back-up.
